Fix Auto is a network of body shops all maintaining the same standards of quality, ethics and performance. We are looking to hire a Marketing Manager, to help continue to promote and support these standards. This position is responsible for executing the overall strategic marketing plan, working directly under the supervision of business development manager, to gain overall growth and market share for the company.
The primary responsibilities of this position:
• Supporting, growing and managing current client partnership base
• Maintaining, negotiating and developing vendor relationships
• Coordinate and execute all projects and events
• Updating and ordering all marketing materials
• Monitoring and updating websites
• Offering Support on overall Business Development Manager projects
The ideal candidate will have:
• 5 years of Sales/Marketing/Customer service/Account Management
• Knowledge of product sales, marketing, pricing, and promotional principles
• Ability to develop win-win relationships and negotiate on behalf of the local network
• Ability to manage large existing client/partnership base
• Ability to maintain and grow vendor relationships
• Ability to analyze financial and overall business impact of marketing decisions
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects
• Ability to work independently and under direct supervision
• Strong organizational skills
• Up-beat personality with a positive attitude
No industry experience required, will provide industry training
Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher a plus (for light design work)
