In addition, you will work closely with the creative content team, sales and marketing team, and management to ensure the growth and success of BlueTech. Our start-up environment requires an imaginative thinker with the ability to work independently on simultaneous projects and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.

Technologies:
We do not hire based on specific buzzwords, technologies, or popular acronyms on your resumes. Today we use Visual Studio, .NET, php, Drupal. Tomorrow we may use something else. Whatever technologies, languages, or software programs you have learned, we expect you have mastered them in depth. In addition, we expect you to master and new technologies that may be brought on board in the future.

Requirements:

We're recruiting graphic designers to design stationery templates for our popular do-it-yourself websites. Our top sites include: WeddingDNA.com, ShareHolidays.com and MustHaveMenus.com. Chosen designers might work on multiple sites or just one, depending on interest and ability.

We're established, successful and pay well. Thank you in advance for reading this and carefully following the instructions below:

What we need from you:

-	You must be a professional, independent contractor. You will be responsible for invoicing us twice a month.

- You should be accountable, deadline-oriented, with a decent comfort level for change. We value your artistic vision, but we also require a flexible, "can do" attitude, willingness to collaborate and accept constructive art direction.

- You should have the ability to create many kinds of stationery, including invitations, programs, menus (and more!) using diverse design approaches: casual, modern, cartoon, high end, etc., but always unique and professional. You need to have top-notch artistic skills as well as an understanding of typography.

- We may occasionally ask for presentations/slideshows designs using PowerPoint and/or some basic scrapbooking layout creation.

- You may also be asked to adapt existing borders, word art, illustrations and backgrounds into new designs.

- Although you can design in Illustrator or Photoshop, we require your ability to translate your designs and layouts into Word for final delivery. It's pretty simple, and we'll communicate how to put projects together. Although not a deal breaker, having access to a PC is a plus.

- You need the ability to deliver multiple unique designs per week: we don't expect an outrageous number of designs but we will ask you to be fairly productive.

-	You do not have to be an expert in any of our markets, we'll coach you on what you need to know and provide examples and copy for you to work with.

What's in it for you?

- Regular income.

- A great rate of pay (ranges $25-$100 per design)

- Your work will be published on well-known sites.

******************************************************
How do you apply?
If the all of the above applies to you (be honest!) then do the following:

- Send a cover letter introducing yourself; include your resume in the body of the email to the reply address below.

- If you have a website of your work, include the link.

- DO NOT attach samples.

- Note: following these instructions will be the first evaluation of your attention to detail. We will not respond to applicants who do not follow instructions.
