Therapists provide intensive community based in-home stabilization including: individual and family therapy, case management, crisis support, advocacy, coordination of services, and maintenance of clinical records. FT including evenings & weekends as needed. Min. Req: MSW or MA in behavioral sciences field. Preferred Req: knowledge of family systems and Wraparound; 1 yr exp working w/ youth and families.
