Direct care staff needed for a new home opening for people with acquired brain injuries. Full time and part time positions available. $11.00/hour
Essential Job Functions:
The ideal candidate will support individuals in performing functions of daily living with as much independence as possible. Will assist the Program Manager in coordination of daily tasks, facility maintenance, documentation review and residential counseling.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree related to behavioral health, psychology or counseling, and one year experience with either mental health or brain injury support and education preferred. Brain injury training available for the right candidate. Must have strong therapeutic communication skills. Reliable attendance and high performance records, and maintained CHC clearance and authorized driver status required.
