PT Mental Health Therapist:
This position provides mental health services to children, adolescents and their families enrolled in the Child and Family mental health outpatient program whom reside in N/NE Portland. Duties include conducting mental health assessments, individual/family therapy, treatment planning, community collaboration, case management and providing input regarding outpatient therapeutic interventions.
