Who We Are:

Case Manager:
Provides supportive case management as part of addiction treatment services to child welfare-involved families, including accessing resources, reporting to juvenile court, consultation and collaboration with allied services. Requires HS Diploma/GED (BA/BS preferred), CADC I or ability to obtain CADC within 6 months of hire, good oral & written communication skills, good organizational skills, good computer skills, knowledge of addiction and parenting issues and legal system.
