Logistics Coordinator/Route Support
Sunshine Delivery, the paramount white glove delivery service, delivering furniture and household products in Oregon, Washington and Arizona is looking for a Logistics Coordinator/Route Support Person! The right candidate for this position will be able to perform the responsibilities and have the qualifications listed below.
Responsibilities:
- Transportation & Dispatch Experience
- Receiving, Loading/Unloading, Customer Will-Calls
- Dispatching Delivery Teams, Trouble Shooting Delivery Issues, Coaching Assemblies
- Warehousing, Inventory & Operating Forklift. Forklift Certified a Must!
- Customer Service : handling multi-phone lines, taking messages, placing calls to customers, assisting customers
- Computer Usage : composing and typing correspondence including memos and emails.
- Data Entry: general data entry/order entry
- Familiar with Excel, Word, Driver Devices/Cell Phones
- Set Schedule Provided
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in transportation & warehouse environment
- Proven self manager
- Must be reliable, have strong work ethics, and the ability and desire to learn new skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize daily tasks, and manage time are crucial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Word, Excel, and Outlook/internet savvy
- Salary DOE
