New Avenues for Youth, an innovative nonprofit organization working with homeless and at-risk youth, seeks a fulltime Quality Assurance Specialist to perform data entry and track and report on youth statistics in multiple databases. The Quality Assurance Specialist will partner with program staff to maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting of youth statistics and performance benchmarks, utilizing multiple databases to track, monitor and create outcome reports. Requires hands-on experience to perform data entry in multiple data collection systems, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
