We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator for our busy parking enforcement company located in Portland. Should be self-motivated, highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize a wide variety of daily/weekly tasks. Must have accounts receivable understanding and have a high level of general computer proficiency. This position requires very good phone manner and customer service skills, strong MS Office skills, including Word and Excel, excellent typing, filing and organization skills, data entry experience, punctuality and good attendance absolutely essential.
