My wife and I just bought a house in SE and don't have any need for the RV or Boat Parking. I would say the gravel strip is 30-35 feet long, it is uncovered with a locking gate in front of it. The main gates in front of the garage are missing but the area is well lit at night by a streetlamp and if you're in need of an extra storage shed that is about 6' by 4' it is available as well.
