This came off a 2002 Sierra, so I believe it fits 1999-2002. It is the complete system from the cat back and will bolt right on. There is absolutely nothing wrong, I upgraded to a flowmaster, so if your muffler is burned out, this could be a cheaper way to go. The muffler had about 40,000 miles on it when it was taken off.

Blizzaks are *THE* studless snow tires (see Consumer Reports or speak with owners). I was skeptical of the whole *studless snowtire* thing, but I will buy these for any car I drive in the snow and ice. These things are also awesome in rain.
