Goodwill Industries seeks Retail Store Supervisor for our Eastern Retail Stores on Powell, Sandy, San Rafael, and Gresham. Must be able to travel between stores. Operational duties include working to maximize collections, production, sales, salvage, customer service; assisting in the management of proper processing and separation of incoming donations, outlet merchandise, salvage goods if applicable, and waste. ASM’s also ensure that production goals are met or are exceeded on a consistent basis, that maximum sales performance through proper stock rotation, display, signage, and inventory levels. Loss Prevention duties include proper operation of store security, keeping premises clean and free of safety hazards, and ensuring all loss prevention matters are reported, investigated, and corrected in a timely manner. Miscellaneous duties include in hiring, training, evaluating and managing store personnel so as to provide an efficient and effective work force, maintaining morale of work force and ensure that store reports, personnel status changes and rehabilitation information are communicated accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualified applicants will have a minimum 3 years experience in the retail field, and one year in a supervisory capacity or a college graduate, exhibit a high level of integrity and business ethics, and sufficient knowledge or booking and accounting. Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
