Guest Service Oriented Team Leader Wanted
Target is looking for a total of three Fast, Fun and Friendly team leader professionals to join their Guest Experience, Presentation and Sales Floor leadership team. Previous supervisor, leadership or management experience preferred. Responsible for running a work center within the total store as well as perform additional responsibilities, including overseeing total store operations, responding to guest service requests, prioritizing and delegating team member work load and responding to staffing concerns and call-ins. Additional leadership responsibilities include but are not limited to; evaluating performance giving frequent feedback, writing and conducting reviews, managing performance, scheduling and planning work by delegating areas of general responsibility.
