We purchased our Cougar new April of 2006 and ordered it with all available options.
on a scale of 1-10 I would say it is a 9 or 9.5.
we have taken great care of the trailer in the 2 years we have owned it.

nice hall closet, kitchen also has nice size pantry,
oak interior throughout, corner cabinet in living area for TV
day night shades, TV antenna, AC, Micro, AM/FM CD player
Pass through storage in front with laundry chute, dual propane tanks
large exterior storage towards the rear.
dry weight is 7450lbs.
bumper has a bike rack that pulls out to haul up to 3-4 bikes.
