High volume food testing lab seeking qualified individual for entry level laboratory technician position. Four year scientific degree required. Duties will include preparing and analyzing products in accordance to FDA, USDA, and AOAC methodologies. Shifts will be either Monday through Friday, or Wednesday through Sunday - Day shifts.
