Research involving T lymphoctye responses directed to viral proteins. Experience with cell culture, especially involving T cells, and working with rodents is important for this position. Other aspects of this research will involve working with non-replicating adenovirus vectors, preparing and titering these vectors in complementing cell lines, performing fluorescence-activated cell sorting, cloning T cells and other aspects of virus-host interactions. The applicant should be able to work semi-independently with some advice and supervision from the PI and a Senior Research Associate.
