Now interviewing for a Nail Technician at Dosha Salon Spa!

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: • Greet their guest and escort them to the nail service room. • Provide a nail service to the guest’s satisfaction. • Assist guests with any questions regarding the location, products and services. • Maintain a clean environment including complete sanitations. • Provide all value added services as explained in training. • Adhere to dress code and maintain a fashionable appearance. • Ability to generate own client base • Consistently provide a high-standard of service by keeping a friendly, positive attitude with every guest and member of the team.

Job Qualifications:

Knowledge, skills, and abilities: • A solid technical ability to perform manicures and pedicures. • The ability to identify a guest’s needs and how to enhance personal communication style to meet the guest’s needs. • The ability to use questioning and listening skills that support effective communication • Ability to problem solve daily challenges and create win-win solutions. • Understand the impact of tone, manner and attitude in communicating with guests and team members professionally. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Ability to work closely with other team members and departments • Physically able to perform nail services for up to 8 hours in a day.

Experience: • Licensed nail technician • Experience in the field preferred • Outstanding customer service skills
