The user support analyst serves as the primary technical assistance and application reference resource for the organization (first tier support). The user support analyst also works closely with the technical systems lead to ensure the ongoing technical infrastructure needs of the organization are met. The work of the user support analyst is largely interrupt driven, requiring the analyst to remain organized, flexible, and open to new and changing tasks and priorities. The user support analyst is part of a small IT Team and, as such, also plays a participating role in a range of additional IT activities.
