- Assist in implementation, upgrade, and support of learning management systems at PSU and other interfaces to such systems, including E-portfolios, video capture, webinar and other content management for the campus community
- Lead LMS support teams (within OIT and other departments) in implementation and ongoing support of systems
- Act as the “campus expert” on LMS systems for departments supporting these systems, as well as the faculty/staff who use them
- Implement, upgrade, and support learning systems for evaluation and transition purposes
- Design, analyze, develop, implement, and maintain enhancements to official PSU enterprise distance learning applications
- Provide training and assistance to users in the use of academic applications
- Troubleshoot, research, communicate and resolve problems for mission critical distance learning systems utilized campus wide; may include working with the vendor as needed
Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits package, including reduced tuition at all seven institutions within the Oregon University System. This benefit can be transferred to one dependent (i.e., spouse, domestic partner, dependent child, or domestic partner’s dependent child).
