Miss America, the world’s largest provider of scholarships announces an OPEN CALL for the 2010 "Miss Portland Scholarship Pageant", an official preliminary to Miss America!
We are looking for women ages 13-24 to compete in our pageant and vie for the title of Miss Portland and Miss Portland's Outstanding Teen.
The Miss America system awards women incredible scholarships and opportunities of a lifetime!
