P/T Maintenance Tech
Princeton Property Management has an opening for a P/T Maintenance Tech. 13 hours a week, in SE Portland.
Compensation is 1 BR apartment.
Some duties will include:
Complete work orders within 72 hrs, turn-over vacant apartments in no less than 3 days, keep grounds and laundry neat and clean, re-key locks on turn, handle any and all major or minor projects associated with the Community. Must have plumbing, electrical, and drywall experience.
**Must live on-site**
**Must be able to pass a criminal background check**
