Center Commons Apartments is currently accepting resumes for a Maintenance Technician Position.

Duties include:
Minor and major maintenance in vacant and occupied apartments.
Maintain common areas including sidewalks, hallways, courtyards, parking areas, trash areas, and laundry rooms.
Interior apartment turnover painting.
Supervise vendors and Groundskeeper.
Carry emergency pager if needed or be on call when needed.
Learn all building systems and their functions.
Perform annual preventive maintenance inspections.
Additional responsibilities as directed by the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.

Compensation will be based on experience.
