General Contractor is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician who is skilled in the following areas:

1. Drywall repair/replacement caulking
2. Framing
3. Finish Carpentry (a plus)
4. Plumbing/caulking
5. Floor tile repair/replacement including Ceramic Tile, VCT and Sheet Vinyl
6. T-grid repair/replacement
7. Concrete
8. Siding repair/replacement
9. Painting

This is a FT position that will include both day time and night time work. Individual must be willing to work emergency call outs and be available to be on call on rotating weekends. Must have good driving record.
