Princeton Property Management has an opening for an EXPERIENCED Maintenance Technician in SW Portland.
This is a full-time position.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Living on-site preferred 1BR or 2BR

Some duties will include:
Complete work orders within 72 hrs, turn-over vacant apartments in no less than 3 days, keep grounds and laundry neat and clean, re-key locks on turn, handle any and all major or minor projects associated with the Community. Must have plumbing, electrical and drywall experience.
