Flash
• Expert in Flash animation and development - specifically integrating video, XML and database/CMS/LMS content
• Be able to create custom code without the use of add-ons or libraries
• You are an expert in AS2 and AS3
• Papervision experience
Web
• Flex, JavaScript/Ajax, XHTML, HTML, CSS
• You have good working knowledge of: PHP, ASP, Databases (SQL), UNIX, Apache, WebDav, VBScript
• Best practices for accessibility
• Knowledge of SCORM 1.2 is a plus
• Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
Graphics and audio
• Good working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat
• Versed in audio production
• Some experience with AfterEffects
• Some video editing experience with Final Cut or Premier
• Some experience with 3D (for animation and Papervision)
