White Horse is seeking a versatile and highly organized Interactive Project Manager that combines exceptional client and project management skills with strong online marketing and Web development experience. This newly created position reports to the Director of Project Management.
Only seasoned PM candidates will be considered. Our ideal candidate is entrepreneurially minded and has a rich understanding of the multiple facets of interactive projects, including user experience, creative, and technical processes.
White Horse project managers are responsible for managing Web and application development and Web marketing projects on multiple accounts. Occasionally they manage traditional media (print, radio, and television) projects as well. They are responsible for all aspects of on-time and on-budget project delivery, including scoping, team management, client communications, performance tracking and reporting, and client satisfaction. Suitable candidates must have a strong track record in managing client expectations, multiple demands, and competing priorities, identifying and eliminating inefficiencies, and uncovering and communicating potential up-sell opportunities. Pay commensurate with experience. Specific requirements also include:
Minimum 4 years project management experience in an agency setting.
Extensive knowledge of Web design, development, marketing, and best practices for each.
Experience managing bulk e-mail, digital display, and traditional media campaigns a plus.
Knowledge of Web analytics tracking platforms a plus.
Experience in Web and media project scoping and managing to budget
Polished and concise written, presentation, and team communications skills.
Ability to make judgment calls and solve problems independently in a fast-paced work environment.
Proven ability to identify and manage project risk.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Visio, and SharePoint.
Bachelors degree or higher is required.
Formal project management training a plus.
