We're a fast paced digital startup working in a light, creative atmosphere where we focus on the quality of our work. Essentially we're looking for an all around User Interface Engineer that can come on board and help us build out/refine a high-profile web application. We need someone who can work with perfecting our current stack of UI and deliver pixel perfect precision. You also need to be able to deliver valid and well-written markup quickly.
Desired Skillset: Proficient in the following:
• Strong focus on perfecting User Interface elements pixel-by-pixel
• Javascript libraries such as jQuery
• Delivering clean, valid markup/code, HTML/CSS
• Solid understanding of Ajax implementation
• Knowledgeable with Source Control Management such as SVN
Bonus Skills: PHP, MySQL database architecture and management
You need to be able to approach problems with a "nothing is impossible" frame-of-mind. We are constantly shaping and innovating the way this application works, and we need the flexibility to be able to push the technical limitations at a fast pace. This entails prototyping UI elements and delivering quick results. We are a young, creative group of people who are extremely passionate about what we do.
