THIS POSITION REQUIRES RELOCATION TO WALLA WALLA, WASHINGTON.
Health care custom publishing company is seeking an organized, take charge individual to manage the efforts of our publication product editors, writers, art directors and photographers. Candidate should possess a business administration, public relations, communications, marketing communications and/or journalism degree and a minimum of seven to 10 years’ managerial experience within a creative environment (print communications preferably). To qualify, you must have proven experience in managing editorial and production staff members and activities – exhibiting the ability to set vision and drive concepts/strategies through the entire publication production process. In addition, a solid understanding of the relationship between business and client goals is a necessity, combined with the ability to consult, coach, and influence our clients in diverse business environments. You must possess a highly developed set of skills in fostering synergy, enthusiasm optimism and energy in the workplace – and a proven ability to motivate and develop staff members for high achievement – while being firm and decisive about meeting policies, procedures, deadlines and goals.
