The Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA) is currently recruiting for a Test Publishing Associate. This position would report to the Item & Test Publishing Coordinator, and is located in our Lake Oswego, Oregon office.

The Item & Test Publishing team serves our partner districts by publishing high quality test items and written and electronic assessments, processing all materials related to NWEA’s scoring and reporting services, ensuring that all client needs related to item and test publishing are addressed quickly and comprehensively. The major responsibility of this position is to promote NWEA’s mission by providing high-level support to NWEA’s Item & Test Publishing team.

Minimum bachelor’s degree in related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum two years experience with Microsoft Office products in a work or educational environment performing similar work.

NWEA offers a competitive salary range of $34,000 to $41,000 and a generous benefits package which includes:
• 6 weeks of annual paid time off (PTO)
• 8 paid holidays
• 15%/base salary employer sponsored retirement plan
• 100% employee only Medical/Dental/Vision paid plan premiums
• $400/month flex pay
