Nationally renowned wine country restaurant group, the girl & the fig, LLC, owners of the girl & the fig, the fig café & winebar, ESTATE and the girl & the fig CATERS! are currently looking for the next addition to our management staff.

We are looking for serious, professional individuals at all levels. Effective, clear communication abilities are essential. Knowledge of food and wine is absolutely required. We are interested in loyal, long term employees who have a history of such qualities and experience.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience in this position
Knowledgeable of MS Office including Word, Excel and be very comfortable using computers and their various programs.
Comfortable and able to adapt to a hectic and diverse environment.
Able to work a flexible 50+ hour work week, which includes weekends.
