Summary of Position:
The Financial Education and Loan Program Coordinator will facilitate the implementation of a comprehensive financial education and loan program for Innovative Change$ (IC$), an emerging Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Direct Support Staff provide direct client support services and are key to the organization’s success and the quality of services our clients receive. The Program Assistant is responsible for program and management support. In this role the Program Assistant will:

Position Summary: Participates as a member of the Home and Intensive Out-patient Services Team (HIOPS) and the Crisis Prevention Outreach Team (CPO) to provide intensive specialized services for children, adolescents, and their caregivers in need of outpatient counseling services who are living in a group home, foster care or biological settings. This position is also responsible for stabilization and diversion away from psychiatric hospitalization and residential placement, referral to appropriate providers and community resources, and ongoing clinical oversight to meet mental health needs. Services are comprehensive, individualized, and are provided in clinic, home, educational, and other community settings and can include short-term case management.
Education and Experience Requirements:
1. Family therapist is responsible for case management and clinical services for up to 12 pre-school children with emotional disturbance and their families including biological, foster and proctor families. Also provide on-going consultation for proctor families. Family Therapists may also provide individual therapy for several pre-school age children as part of their services in the day treatment program. The Sexual Abuse Treatment Specialist position provides comprehensive sexual abuse treatment services to children and families referred from the Department of Human Services. Responsibilities include screening, assessment referral, and the provision of group treatment services for sexually abused children and their non-offending parents. Consultation and collaboration with DHS caseworkers, attorneys, offender therapists, probation and parole officers, and others significant in the lives of the children is an important responsibility of this position. POSITION SUMMARY:
An ECIOS Therapist is responsible for providing intensive outpatient services to young children, ages 0-6 years, and their parents and caregivers. Services are provided in homes, early childhood care and education programs, and other community settings. The caseload for an ECIOS Therapist is approximately 8-12 families due to the level of care and intensity of services required. This individual will provide rapid access to services, early childhood mental health assessments, and a broad range of traditional and non-traditional mental health services. Clinical recordkeeping will be in compliance with Medicaid regulations and agency recordkeeping standards. The ECIOS Therapist will collaborate with the ECIOS Behavioral Specialist (QMHA) in the delivery of home and community-based services and will provide treatment direction and support to the QMHA. Mental health consultation will be provided to foster parents, caseworkers, preschool teachers, child care providers and other professionals in the lives of high-needs, young children.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
A typical background for the person who can fulfill the duties of this position is as follows:
Masters degree in the mental health field required, licensure preferred.
Must meet criteria for being designated as a Qualified Mental Health Professional as defined by Oregon Administrative Rules.

SUMMARY
Provide high quality, professional, intensive housing assistance services to homeless families using a Housing First model to increase their housing opportunities and be better able to provide for their housing needs. Many of the homeless families face multiple complex barriers to housing including but not limited to past evictions, criminal history and credit problems. Work directly with homeless families to help them achieve rapid re-housing. Provide or connect families to Rent Well classes as appropriate. Work with existing Human Solutions Housing Specialists to develop, maintain and update a housing resource directory, maintain and increase the numbers of area landlords willing to participate with Human Solutions in the Housing First program through ongoing recruitment and outreach.
CRITICAL PERFORMANCE FACTORS:
1. Become familiar with each family at the Homeless Family Warming Center, Goose Hollow Family Shelter, West Side Day Center and East Side Day Center.
2. Customize a housing goal plan that will assist each household to take the appropriate beginning steps to systematically address the action steps needed to remove housing barriers.
3. Demonstrate acceptance and respect for diverse program participants, while handling sensitive situations with an open, courteous approach, and maintaining an objective and professional relationship.
4. Assist homeless families to advocate for themselves and advocate on their behalf for permanent housing placement. This may include but is not limited to requests for reasonable accommodation, Fresh Start agreements and individual explanations of why a landlord should overlook past problems and rent to specific families.
5. Work with area landlords to ensure and expand housing options for homeless families, including families with poor credit, criminal and housing histories.
6. Work with Human Solutions Housing Department to ensure that homeless families have maximum access to affordable housing owned, built or rehabilitated by Human Solutions.
7. Work with Human Solutions existing Housing Specialists to maintain a comprehensive, computerized listing of East County’s affordable open market and Section 8 eligible housing for low-income homeless families, with this resource directory data to include: complex name, number of units, rent type, monthly rent range, address, phone number, applicant/tenant eligibility requirements, required application fees, security deposits, proximity to public transportation, vacancy rate, length of waiting lists, etc.
8. Maintain accurate, complete, up-to-date documentation of service activities using Human Solutions procedures, forms and reporting systems.
9. Submit monthly reports and other paperwork in a timely manner.
10. Maintain current case notes and detailed goal plan with outcomes for each homeless family and make regular entries regarding activities to achieve goals.
11. Apply knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Laws and Fair Housing to day to day work and serve as a consultant to other staff on these issues.
12. Assist families with the move-in process including lease negotiation, habitability standards inspections and arranging move-in and deposit payment to landlords.
13. Assist Deputy Director and Quality Assurance Department with tracking usage of different funding streams for leasing as well as reconciling with finance department records on a monthly basis.
14. Assist Lead staff in determining the housing programs that are the best match for individual family’s situations and needs.
15. Maintain contact with families after move in to provide comprehensive services that lead to permanent housing stability for formerly homeless families placed into housing.
16. Enter repeating rent payments onto the rent roll by the due date specified monthly by management.
17. Participate in bi-monthly department meetings as well as monthly Winter Services meetings.

We are looking for someone to organize a food club in Oregon City. This is

21. Assess individual training needs, information and support needs for each match participant to assure a positive youth development experience for the child, and successful and satisfying experience for the volunteer.

Gateway to College National Network (GtCNN) is a fast-growing education nonprofit organization with partner programs in 15 states. The National Network is replicating the Gateway to College model with support from multiple foundations. Founded at Portland Community College, since 2003, the program has been replicated at 25 colleges in partnerships with over 100 school districts. This is a new position designed to share some of the workload of the Executive Director. The person in this position will be part of the management team of the organization.
Manager of Grant Reporting & Strategic Assistant to the Executive Director
Duties:
• Serve as a strategic partner to the Executive Director, assisting with a broad variety of management tasks in both a lead and supporting role
• Assist the Executive Director and Finance Director with planning activities associated with staffing, facilities, budgeting, work flow and prioritization for meeting grant timelines
• Establish timelines for grant commitments, work with GtCNN team members to ensure progress and monitor outcomes
• Write annual reports for funders
• Research and track funding opportunities and legislation
• Work with Executive Director and management team to develop clear and compelling presentations for a variety of national audiences (funders, policymakers, education leaders)
• Support Board members in their efforts to make connections on behalf of GtCNN and govern the organization
• Prepare briefings and packets for high level meetings, working with the Communications Manager and Evaluation Director on key messages and performance indicators
• Assist Executive Director with external inquiries and draft high-level correspondence
• Represent GtCNN at professional conferences and outreach and fundraising events
• Other duties as assigned
Accountabilities:
• Manage projects to align with GtC vision and complete them on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Board members and funders
• Work closely with the Executive Director to help manage emerging opportunities and direct information and resources to the management team, using a customer-service approach
• Collaborate effectively with all members of the National Network team
Supervision & Reporting:
• No supervision responsibility
• Reports to the Executive Director
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Public Administration, Organizational Communication, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience managing complex, time-sensitive projects
• Flexibility to respond to immediate demands as needed, and willingness to schedule work around changing priorities affecting the Executive Director
• Excellent oral and written communication in an environment requiring diplomacy and good judgment
• Adept at moving comfortably from strategic to detail-oriented tasks
• Good creative thinking, problem solving, planning, time-management and organization skills to balance and prioritize work
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and diverse team environment
• Ability and willingness to travel
The starting salary range is $50,000 - $57,000, depending on experience. Compensation includes a comprehensive benefits and vacation package.

House Coordinator is a full-time opening in a group home serving individuals with developmental disabilities.
Hours are typically during the day, Monday through Friday. You would have to be on call for emergencies (staffing and otherwise). Duties include supporting individuals we serve, scheduling staff for other shifts, and other responsibilities as the lead staff person in the home.
