Hayden Island- A wonderful place to live. It is like being on vacation everyday. A walk around the bay, the birds, sunrises and sunsets and only 10 minutes from Portland. This is an end unit and a 24ft boat slip is included with this unit. You must live at Riverhouse East or Riverhouse to moore a boat in the moorage. With slip ownership and low fees its a win-win. This two story unit has been updated with white cabinets, cherry hardwood floors thru-out the main level. Main level is the kitchen which opens up to the dinning room and outside patio, formal living room with wood burning fireplace, opens to the deck off the living room area and just steps to the pool.
