Roof Cleaning- Let me break it down for you so you don�t have to do a ton of research. I have cleaned hundreds or roofs for moss and have done multiple tests to see what works the best for the long run and what is to be the safest and most effective method for your roof. First of all we don�t pressure wash, we use brushes and we only brush where the moss is removing 95-99% of the moss, followed by a high powered air cleaning of the roof and gutters and finally a zinc based treatment to kill the tiny bits of moss remaining, the roots and to keep it from growing back. The best way to keep the roof free of moss is, once it�s removed, to have annual treatments of zinc so that it does not return. Some people chose to just pay someone to scrape or pressure wash the roof off every 5 or 10 years when it returns but this the wrong way to think because every time someone gets up on the roof and uses either brushes or a pressure washer, it is a little bit abrasive on that roof. Here at JNR Industries, we keep you on an annual email list and let you know when it�s time for a roof treatment. The zinc we use is from a feed store and cows eat it so it�s safe on the environment, but moss hates it. A lot of companies out there are pressure washing which in my experience based opinion is harder on composition roofs. I�m not knockin pressure washing, because if you have a cedar or tile roof that is your only option (hands down). Also, a lot of companies will come out and just powder or shoot a chemical on the moss, take your money, and leave. This does not work at all and it�s a form of ripping you off. I have done tests on roof moss where I just shoot it with a chemical and see what happens. It will die, but it does not fall off the roof and it does come back to life in about 6 months. We are in this business for the long haul and will maintain your composition roof so you get the most life out of it as you can. When we put you on our annual treatment list it�s really a good deal especially for the people who don�t want to get up on the roof because we take care of other maintenance issues like your gutters, flashing, sealing top nails, etc. We take before and after pictures of everything we do so you know exactly what you are getting. I been posting my advertising on craigslist for the last two years or so, with a same ad that i found to work for me. I was going through listings on craigslist and found out that a person behind this "Finest Finish Carpenter" has copied word per word the list of items that i do and used it in their advertising. (my listing *Finish Carpenter*) I spoke with Leroy and he said that it will stop.

I would be really cautious about the integrity and ethics of this person. Claiming something that is not his, not putting an effort to creat his own advertising. I don't know if he can or can't even do all the items that he "claims" to do and what is the quality of his work.

Once again be carefull who you hire.
