-Ages between 22-35
-You are highly fashionable (I don't mean trendy/mall, more like you could strut around London, NY or LA and would be considered hot/fashionable there and prefer to shop outside of Portland [sry.PDX, no offense]).
-You are proportionate for your height. We need people who could be dancers. Muscular is fine.
-You are comfortable in your own skin, have a unique personality and speak with confidence.
-You can come to one of the casting calls and are available until the shoot is over on Thursday.
-Are attractive (as in you're a model, actress or have at least done photoshoots before), you don't have to be perfect, but we need people who know their looks translate well in video.
You will be dancing and wearing a professional uniform, think of "Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders" just different. There will be a monthly fee of $ 20,- Dollars however, in the near future the cheerleaders will be paid for some dancing.
Some cheerleaders will probably make up to $ 50-200,- Dollars a month or more, just for dancing and enjoying their hobby.

We are looking into gaining some representation to handle the booking of shows, promotion, and other services in the future. Applicants must be available for a formal casting session here in Portland sometime next week. If chosen, candidates will be examined by a licensed dentist to verify proper qualifications for this product. From there, 2 dental appointments will be necessary to complete the work and then, the chosen people will be flown to Los Angeles in early December to participate in the filming of a commercial for this company.
Compensation - the value of the dental work ranges from $8-12,000, depending on the amount of work necessary. On top of that, chosen talent will receive a cash payment of $800 plus all expenses paid for the trip to Los Angeles.
This is a real opportunity from a reputable company. Unfortunately, traditional approaches to finding attractive people who want to improve their smile has proven to be more difficult than expected - hence this unusual approach. Although this is not a paying position (at this time), there are plenty of benefits to representing a radio station. For example; I just interviewed the Casualties and the Krum Bums a few weeks ago and I was put on the V.I.P. Guest list. Two nights ago I was added to the guest list for the Dropkick Murphy's show and was invited underground where all the bands hang out. I met the Flat Liners, The Insurgence and the Dropkick Murphy's and I stayed and watched the entire show after my interviewing.
If you love punk music, you are in school to be a journalist, if you would like to meet different bands, if you would like to gain experience interviewing or if you have always wanted a radio show and you are interested in getting your name out there, please contact me. I am looking for someone I can get a long with and someone who has knowledge of punk music, some of the beliefs and understanding behind the scene, etc. I am not interested in someone who thinks Green Day is punk and goes to church every Sunday. I need a crew member who has knowledge of the punk scene. No disrespect to those who go to church, its just we cater to those who have alternative beliefs and lifestyles and you may find our station offensive. You must be at least 18 years old.
The recording can be made from your home or office on your own time. All that is required is a computer, internet and a mic. (a good sound card or recording interface might be necessary if you have a new computer) Interviews would be off site, when ever we are invited to interview and it can be anywhere in the Portland area. (The Roseland Theater, Satyricon, etc) A car would be helpful if you are interested in interviewing but not required. I hope to talk to you soon.

KARO our main character, is an only child who grew up always having to look behind his back. Due to his father DIRAN’S indiscretions with another family in a country where blood feuds are a cultural norm, he is moved to the United States at an early age in fear of death after a near fatal shooting. In a highly guarded house, Karo now 21 has only known the confines of his home and the paranoia of his now sickly father. Through a meticulous series of security measures his father has managed to bring him up totally naïve to the outside world yet fully educated and physically trained. After years of private tutors and martial arts training Karo has become comfortable with the fact he will never leave his fortress. That is until ALICIA moves into the adjacent building. Alicia is a recent transplant to the city; she hopes to pursue a life in the fashion industry. However, she soon becomes intrigued by her peculiar new neighbor and finds ways to communicate with him. As their friendship grows, it quickly turns into love and Karo decides he will try anything to get her into the house. After successfully disguising her as a piano teacher, the two scheme up a way for him to do the unthinkable, get Karo out of his house. Karo hatches a plan to leave the house to attend Alicia's first fashion show for her new line. It is an overwhelming experience that turns violent when Karo realizes he's being followed by members of the rival family. Karo leaves and subsequently Alicia is kidnapped. Karo must decide to save his own skin and return to the comfort of his prison, or to risk it all for the only woman he's ever loved. Eye for an Eye dives deep in to the world of blood feuds or revenge killings that are prevalent all over the Baltic and eastern European states. It hopes to shed some light onto the age old saying an “eye for an eye”. Revenge at what cost? Is an eye for an eye still relevant today?
CHARACTER BREAKDOWN
KARO Male (21) Interpersonal character who has been a prisoner of his home since childhood. By environment he’s a bit of a loner, but makes up for it with his depth of thought. Trains in Mixed Martial Arts everyday.
ALICIA Female (20’s) Comes from a wealthy farming family. Moved downtown to pursue a career in fashion. Gorgeous but doesn’t flaunt it. Outgoing Personality.
MICHAEL Male (20’s) African American. South African Accent. Karo’s bodyguard, training partner and closest friend. Michael is Karo’s only real connection to the outside world.
DIRAN Male (50’s) Karo’s father. Highly protective and strict, runs his household like a prison. Disabled from gunshot injuries. Speaks Russian.
TAVIT Male (50’s) Has ordered a blood feud against Diran’s family. Very intelligent and decisive. He wants Karo dead. Speaks Russian.
FRANK Male (late 20’s to early 30’s) Karo’s martial arts training. A master of MMA, Krav Maga, kickboxing, and Jujutsu. Makes sure Karo is in top shape and knows how to handle himself in the event of a predicament.

I'm a young singer, and although I enjoy singing and am good at it, my songwriting skills are minimal.
If you have a song, or some ideas for one, I'd love to work with you. I don't have much information on the pay, I can't give much information myself. But, I'd be glad to share a portion of my profit with you.
Also, if you can play an instrument, then it's a plus, because I can't. If you can provide the backing music, it's a very big plus.

We are making a music video for critically acclaimed independent Australian musicians that will coincide with their US release of their album in January.
As much as I hate no paying gig, this is unfortunately just that.
I am funding the video out of my savings and I just got laid off, so if you're in it for the cash, this is not for you.
If it's any consolation, my shoots have been known to have excellent catering.

Child - 4-10 - preferably male - mainly will be in bed, sleeping and need to know express fear - shoot on 21
The family characters are needed before the shoot dates for a photo session for an hour.
