Scope of project:

These permits are required in order to work in Washington State. The in-person classes people attend are three hours.
The State has just approved the course to be online. I am very excited about this, I have wanted to put the class on-line for years!

Pretty much every bell and whistle will be needed.
Interactive forms of course.
I have three videos from which to harvest footage.
an on-line slide show, with the hardcopies, for graphics
and of course all the materials from the class, which is mainly a 20 page student handbook and about 10 visual aids.
There is also a test that must be taken on-line.
Payment (ecommerce) involved.
and a working knowledge of SEO is helpful.

Also I will need to send out a massive email from the site, or by some other means - to 7,000 plus addresses to announce the course being available on line

This is what there is to work from and toward.
Smooth functionality is more of a priority than design for this site.
