Growing Portland area Industrial Contractor has an IMMEDIATE need for an experienced Full-Cycle Payroll/HR Manager. This requires processing for a 200+ employee weekly/bi-monthly, multi-company, multi-state payroll with both Union and Non-Union employees.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-Minimum of 5 years payroll experience at a management level.
-Strong experience with Union payroll and issues.
-Experience with weekly, monthly and quarterly tax returns.
-Background in high paced and growth orientated environment.
-Proficiency with Excel or other spreadsheet software.
-Must possess excellent organization skills and be detail oriented.
-Able to handle high volume and meet weekly deadlines.
-Excellent verbal and customer service skills required.
-Bachelor degree in business a plus.
