Growing successful branch office of large local Mortgage Banker looking for a producing Sales Manager. The ideal candidate is an experienced Loan Officer who desires to move into management or grow existing management and support skills. This position is 75% Sr. Loan Officer and 25% Branch Manager duties. These duties include assisting existing loan officers with marketing, sales support and structuring and closing difficult loans as well as recruiting and hiring additional loan officers. Compensation will be a combination of a very high split on your personal production, override on new hires as well as override on branch production. Partial branch ownership opportunity is available for the right individual.
