We are seeking passionate customer service representatives to speak to existing and potential Netflix customers. SCHEDULES:
Our call center services our customer base nationwide 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We design all schedules based on business need.
TRAINING:
Our training lasts for two weeks. Training hours are Monday – Friday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm (1st week); Second week of training hours may vary depending on business need.

SKILLS WE REQUIRE:
A minimum of 1-3 years customer service experience. Prefer experience from inbound business to consumer call center, hospitality, restaurant, service or retail industries.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal phone etiquette skills.
Strong computer application skills including MS Windows, MS Word and MS Outlook –Plus knowledge of both PC & MAC operating systems and internet browsers
Understanding of call center performance metrics a plus
Ability to integrate rapidly with an existing team
Strong oral/written communications skills
Must be decisive, results oriented
Demonstrated ability as a creative thinker and problem resolution skills
Ability to articulate complex issues in an easy to understand manner
Motivated to be a consistent high performer
You must be flexible to working various schedules and able to maintain a positive attendance record.
