- Have a four year degree (preferably in any kind of legal or medical field).
- Have Bilingual, Spanish/English (This is not required, but a great plus!).
- Provide exceptional service to customers of our client.
- Spend majority of workday assisting callers according to clients' instructions.
- Gather accurate and detailed information regarding each call.
- Deliver and/or relay information accurately.
- Effectively and efficiently operate a computer-based phone system.
- Exercise proficiency in a Windows-based environment.
- Cable/DSL or other high speed Internet connection (No Satellite or Air Card)
- Working desktop speakers
- Ability to take screen shots and email them
- Capable of supporting at least 1280x1024 resolution (Email a screen shot that shows this requirement)
- Windows 2000, XP, or Vista (MAC only if running Windows OS) (Email a screen shot that shows this requirement)
- 2GB or more of System Memory (RAM)
- Computer must finish bootup process in less than 3 minutes
- Ability to print and scan within 24 hours
- Ability to connect the Echopass phone to their router (must be connected with a physical wire), Some suggested of approved routers are, DLink-WBR 1310, Linksys BEFSR41
