A brief description of the ADHS position: Assures service issues of residents effectively addressed. Assures various health services related facility operations effectively performed.
Assists in assuring a stable Resident Assistants staff of optimal quality and quantity by recruiting, hiring, supervising, evaluating, counseling and, if necessary, terminating employees (with input from RN Director of Health Services.
Assists in educating and training Resident Assistants as directed by Director of Health Services.
Assists in completing regular competency evaluations of Resident Assistants as directed by Director of Health Services.
Assists in conducting new employee orientation as directed by Director of Health Services.
Assists in conducting continuing education and training for health services employees and other employees as directed by Director of Health Services. Assures medications and treatments administered as ordered by reviewing MAR daily for omissions or errors.
