On-site Maintenance Supervisor position available at one of our Beaverton apartment communities!
Maintenance Supervisors MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SCHEDULING APARTMENT TURNOVERS & STAFF SUPERVISION OF 3 OR MORE PEOPLE. A MINIMUM of 3 years experience in apartment maintenance at 300+ unit communities is a plus. Must be skilled in pool/spa maintenance, apartment make ready, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
