Loan Processor:
Minimum 2 years experience in real estate lending. Ability to be self-directed and make independent decisions. Ability to read and write. Proficiency in basic mathematics. Oral and written communication skills. Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to work well with the public in person and on the phone. Ability to work well as part of a team. Typewriter, ten key calculator and computer competency. Exceptional customer service skills required.
Duties Include but not limited to:
1. Start up of new files
2. Enter files into system and order verifications
3. Monitor and maintenance of files, preparing closing docs
4. Monitor Pipeline Reports
5. Act as backup for originators and servicers
6. Satisfy Front Line staff inquiries concerning the status of their loans by being knowledgeable of policies and operating computer terminal to determine account status
7. Help other departments as needed
8. Communicate internal or operational concerns or potential problems to appropriate internal individuals
9. Perform administrative, clerical and any other duties as assigned.
