Bethany Athletic Club in West Portland, and Hawthorn Farm Athletic Club in Hillsboro, both among the region's premier health facilities, are seeking 2 Business Office Associates to assist in membership administration and financial reconciliation at the club level. Responsibilities include processing membership additions, changes, cancellations and dues, discretion in handling highly-sensitive, confidential information, detailed data entry, and assisting in management of departmental cash balancing and reporting. Only reliable, positive team-players need apply!
One position will work primarily at one club, the other will float between clubs so reliable transportation and schedule flexibility are required. Between 20 and 40 hours are available for each position; hours are primarily 9am-5pm on weekdays, however the ideal candidate will have expanded availability for special projects and club events.
