We are looking for a friendly, professional, customer-oriented individual to work for a manufacturers’ representative company. He or she should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to answer every call with enthusiasm and courtesy as well as enjoy interacting with clients and staff. He or she must be able to multi-task, anticipate the needs of those around him or her, and problem solve with minimal supervision. Strong organization skills and the ability to work with Office Suite and various CAD software are required. Understanding of 3-D imaging or mechanical parts is an asset.
Responsibilities include: Answering and directing phone calls. Contacting customers for follow ups on quotes, orders and deliveries. Maintaining logs and viewing files. Tracking sales operations with CRM Software. Filing.
Hours are Monday through Friday 7:30 to 4:00 p.m. Includes Paid Vacation and Holidays.
