Offices and treatment rooms are rented by the hour, 1/2 day and day. You simply schedule as meets your needs. Whether you have a client once in a while or have a busy practice, hourly rental means that you only pay for the time you use. With the hourly rental concept, you pay as you go and earn income right away. <br>

Rates are $10 per hour ($2.50 per additional 1/4 hour). We also rent by the single 1/2 day for $35 and full day for $65. <br>

First, come by to see the space. If you like it, we will introduce you to our online scheduling system ($20 sign up fee). Or book by phone. Either way, you can conveniently book a room whenever you know you need one. <br>

What are the offices like? <br>
This is great if you are an LMT, bodyworker, acupuncturist, holistic practitioners or healer that needs a room with a massage table, blanket, CD player, desk and chair. There are also rooms with a desk and comfortable chairs for career counselors, life coaching, hypnotherapy, rapid eye technology, psychotherapy, Minister, astrologer or any style of counseling that you work with. Need a conference room/office, if you are a DJ, Photographers, Baker, perform weddings, do auditions, need a space to meet with potential clients come and have a look. The group space is suitable for up to 15 people. All rooms have space heaters and tissues and there is a water cooler and internet access. <br>

Healing Hour currently has three rooms on the ground floor, with wheelchair access. The suite has a private waiting room and restroom. <br>

We are conveniently located at 9860 SW Hall Blvd., 1 mile south of Washington Square with easy access from I-5, OR-99 and OR-217, and plenty of off-street parking. Tri-Met bus #43 stops right in front of the building. <br>

Why was Healing Hour started? <br>
My name is Vincent. I'm a practitioner also. When I began my healing practice in Portland, I rented an office three days a week from another practitioner. I was paying a premium for a lot of time I could not use. Basically, it took my first few clients to cover the rent. So some months, it was hard to make a lot of profit. And it was frustrating when I lost clients because they could only come on days that I did not have. So I wanted to create a space where I could offer sessions any day of the week. But to rent a full-time office was too expensive. So I came up with the idea of hourly rental. I knew that like myself, there are a lot of practitioners in Portland who love what they do and are beginning a practice dont want to work Monday and some half days, maybe. I wanted to provide a solution that practitioners could afford, and where they could call their own hours to serve their clientele. <br>
