Optimization Technologies is currently looking for talented Java developers with 5 plus years of industry experience for positions at our facility in Beaverton, OR. Java Swing components, UI development and networking experience is a plus. Our solutions utilize all of the following technologies: Java, Windows, Linux, XML, and RDBMS. Optimization Technologies is a technology company that provides software engineering to some of the world’s top companies. As a member of our team, you’ll help our customers define sophisticated software applications, you’ll participate in all phases of the software engineering life cycle, and you’ll architect and design components and applications for deployment with some of the world’s largest companies. We are interested in Software Engineers with the following skills:
• 5 plus years programming experience with Java.
• 5 plus years UI design and development.
• C# experience is a plus.
• Java Swing components experience is a plus
• Project experience is all phases of a software life cycle: Requirements, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Deployment.
• Familiarity with network communications concepts is a plus.
• Ability to design software applications and components and document the design. UML is a plus.
• JSP and C++ are pluses.
• Excellent team, verbal and written communications skills.
