Paul Schatz Furniture is a well-established furniture retailer looking for someone to assist with basic computer maintenance, networking and computer repair issues. This position will require a monthly commitment of between 10 - 20 hours and is perfect for someone with the following skillset looking to supplement their income.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 yrs technical PC support experience, plus ability to troubleshoot a wide variety of problems.
• Solid understanding of PC hardware, server hardware and a strong grasp of networking concepts.
• Working knowledge of Windows XP,Vista, Windows Server OS’s, MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills to perform structured problem solving for systems.
• Good decision-making skills to quickly resolve problems using available resources.
• High degree of patience, empathy, diplomacy and confidentiality required.
