CUSTOMER SERVICE - TECHNICAL SUPPORT
OVERVIEW
Bonzi Technology, an established and growing software developer located in Tigard, Oregon is now accepting applications for 2 individuals working in our technical customer support customer department. The individuals we select will need to have an excellent understanding of our technology yet be able to speak to our customers in a non-technical way. Our software is not hard to learn and we provide excellent training and support. We are not a business to business company; we work directly with a non technical end user. The typical clients you will be working with are either non-technical volunteers or staff members in the non-profit sports organization. REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR POSITION
We will begin evaluating all candidates by considering the required skills and experience necessary for the position.
• 2 years experience in technical support or help desk position.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Competence in all aspects of basic computer technology and software including MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), internet, email, etc.
• HTML a plus but not necessary.
• Graphics software knowledge a plus.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

COMPENSATION
Starting salary 26K – 32K depending on experience and skills. Raises based on your contribution to the company, not length of service.
