We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Representative to work in a fast paced, high growth company with customers and suppliers throughout the U.S. and a desire to offer new ideas within a small company. This is a Tuesday through Saturday 9am-5pm Position.

JOB DUTIES:
This new position will require that the successful applicant be able to take charge of the following:
* Troubleshoot client office printing equipment and peripherals over the phone.
* Assist clients in installing and repairing office equipment over the phone.
* Input, process and track Sales Orders and Purchase Orders.
* Answering incoming client phone calls, and other miscellaneous clerical duties.
* Will have daily interaction with our suppliers and sales associates as well as our internal Purchasing staff, this position reports to the Customer Service Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience in Tech Support.
- Skills to maintain a high level of accuracy while handling many tasks.
- Competence in computer use and common software applications: Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook. Excellent telephone and professional communication skills
- Ability to provide a high level of technical support to clients with little technical ability.
- 50 WPM Typing.
- Pass criminal background check and drug screen.
SALARY:
$10.00 to $12.00 per Hour
