Artistic Auto Body is a premier multi-location operator that utilizes the latest technology to repair collision damaged vehicles. We have an opening for an assistant to the parts manager. Ideal candidate will have some prior experience in either a body shop or dealership parts department, be very detail and process oriented, and computer literate. Must also have a good ODL and pass pre-employment drug screen. Pay is based upon experience, and there is good opportunity for advancement.
Primary Duties include:
Receiving parts deliveries
Confirming the order is complete and not damaged
Mirror matching parts for correctness upon receipt
Posting invoices into the computer management system
Properly storing and distributing parts to the technicians
Keeping the parts department clean and organized
Recycling cardboard
Running parts errands
